Don’t worry about it.
There are large differences in ejaculate consistency among us all and sometimes they change from time to time for us.
There is a fertility theory that extremely thick semen can make conception more difficult (to oversimplify, sperm have a more difficult time fighting their way out of the seminal vessicle fluid portion, the thick stuff, to reach an egg) but ONLY if the semen does not liquify within the normal 20 - 30 minutes that it does, so don’t panic about that aspect.
Another theory, and a possible advantage for you, too, is that ropier semen makes for a more intense orgasm because the shaft and urethra are further stimulated. This is difficult to measure I would think, orgasmic intensity being fairly subjective - a “dynamite” orgasm for you being sort of ho-hum for me, or versa visa.
