Kind of a burning sensation in my penis when I masturbate?

I don’t get it very often, but if I masturbate for a little while (say for 15 minutes or more), sometimes it feels like the tip of my penis has a burning sensation and it feels like I have to piss. I always take a piss when I’m finished, and the feeling of needing to take a piss will usually remain for 15-30 minutes.

My first thought was that it might have been an STD, but I’ve never had any symptoms of any STD since I’ve been sexually active, plus I’m almost positive (99.9%) that this has happened before I ever had any sexual encounters. (I’ve been tested for a bunch of STD’s before I became sexually active with my current GF of 2 years.)

Could it be something like the starting of kidney stones? I really don’t think it’s anything other than my penis being irritated from all the friction, but I just wanna check with someone else to see if I should go to a doctor.

Could be prostraitis or some other infection in the uretha. Is it more itchy or burning in nature?

I’d say it’s more of a burning sensation.

I’ve been having this issue for at least 5 years now (been sexually active for about 3 years - I’m 22) and it probably only comes up once every 1-2 months (if that).
