Lack of rest = lack of morning wood?

Lack of rest = lack of morning wood?

is it possible (I hope so) that a stressful time, lack of sleep/rest, avoid the usual morning erection?
it is sometime I don’t experience it and I’m getting a little scared by it and I wouldn’w want to fall in frustration…
any remedie given that I know I should care about rest first…

thanks

DG

Yes. Stress can have a big effect on libido. Testosterone levels can decrease as stress increases. It’s a natural body response. If there’s danger around, sex is the last thing you need, hence the body directs its energy to other things. Proper sleep helps reduce stress and helps your testosterone levels. Deal with the cause of your stress first, then when you’re back to a more relaxed state you should see your libido and morning wood come back to normal.
