Life stile and sexual health
Let me tell you guys my experience, I got 15 pounds over weight and since I was an amateur runner I got physically and mentally destroyed by this weight increase, also my sexual functionality got worst but I didn’t happen much about this all since I started (just couple weeks) to train again, slowly, little run, little weight training and little attention to diet.. Well, I also make a couple times jelqs per week and what I can tell is that all of this together brings to a whole different feel, especially down there so, my advice for a healthy sexual life is to start from basics, exercise, diet and rest, then if some PE can help increase own self esteem other then measures then even better.
