I occasionally fast because I’m high strung and forget to eat, but I’m finding that I’m losing the ability to get hard during the evening so some sort of fat supplement is in order.

I eat very little during the day. A bowl of oatmeal and an oat bar with coffee in the morning, then I have to push myself to eat I n the evening or it will be time for bed without another meal.

It is odd that I m 6’ 2” and over 200 pounds in spite of this and dead lift 350 for reps.

I only really eat more when I cook for my children when they stay with me on week ends.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

My choice, my lifestyle now for just over two years, I am vegan. I try to eat healthily. I consume no alcoholic beverages, no caffeine containing substances. My food consumption consists of plant based products, as much as natural, unprocessed as possible. I also try to limit my intake of fats.

This has done wonders for my blood lipid profile. It has resulted in weight loss as well as a decrease in blood pressure, which my cardiologist says is a positive thing.

With all this I continue to have what I would consider to be a very high libido. My sex drive remains as strong as it was in my 30s, 40s, or 50s. There are times that I would like it not to be so high. My refractory time after climaxing is measured in hours not days as I have read for men of my age.

Last year I requested that my urologist do a blood T level test. After asking a few brief questions about my activity he said he felt that it unnecessary to run the blood T test.

I feel very good, am very active, and do not have problems sleeping.

PE has resulted in an increase in my Level of hardness as well as an increase in the occurrence of morning wood. I am able to edge for periods upwards to 45 minutes.

I would get the T level tests anyway, myself. That’s awesome that you found a diet that works for you. Which variation of veganism did you settle into?
