Sleepy, I just asked about the principles discussed on that site in another post. Have you tried cycling the different herbs as described? If so, does it work for you?

Had test done was 235. Have been doing self injections for about six weeks. What a differance. I want to screw a hand full of worms if I can. My nuts haven’t fallen off, my hair is still growing. I don’t care about long term I’m sixty three years old. I want to fuck again all the time. Do it or don’t it’s your call.

Yes, I have 7 T-boosting supplements (see below) and take a different one for each day of the week. I’ve noticed certain ones affect me differently, but they still give me that initial kick as if I were taking them for the first time.

In addition to the T-boosters, I also take 3 estrogen blocking supplements (Chrysin, DIM, and stinging nettle), cycled throughout the week.

Rhodiola
Catuaba
Goat weed
Macuna
Tribulus
Tongkat
Maca Root

The website pushes PassionRX, but it contains all the herbs listed so that sort of defeats the purpose of cycling. So instead, I use maca root in it’s place. I also keep some Yohimbe on hand and use it for a little extra kick the same way some guys use viagra.

I had the same thoughts about the Passion Rx.

How long have you been cycling those products? I tried it before a couple years ago and I probably didn’t take the recommended time off because the effects eventually faded.

Do you take just 1 serving (as described on the bottle) each morning or do you take a larger dose than recommended.

I was thinking of trying it again but wanted to see how it was working for others.

Thanks

Nice!

I was just a little below your total T level with free T consistently at or below the bottom ot the labs reference range. My doctor (an endocrinologist) is on the conservative end of the spectrum and said he would not ordinarily do TRT in that range - though he ultimately agreed to because I was getting pretty desperate.

I’ve been on Andrgel 1.6 for about 2 weeks at a 40.5 mg daily dose (don’t know how much is actually absorbed). I’ve been hoping for the part where I’m ready to fuck a handful of worms, but I’m not even close yet. (I’ve been having a lot of trouble with light-headedness, visual field distortion and some other stuff that may tend to suppress worm-fucking impulses. I just did a cortisol test to see if I might have adrenal issues, but I don’t have results yet.)

After talking to some Abbott Labs folks, I really want to see if I can shift to injectible T ASAP, though I suspect my current doctor will not be comfortable with it. According to the Abbott Labs folks, my doctor has an “incorrect” notion that understates the Androgel transfer risk. However, I’m determined not going to put my grandchildren at risk just so my doctor can stay in his comfort zone.

Anyway, given the similarity of our T numbers and ages, I’m curious about what form of T you’re injecting and your dose/injection schedule. Also, if you’ve gotten new labs since starting injections, what kind of levels did you achieve?

I am having good results with a supplement that unbinds free test its called testworkx . I got it on amazon for 60 $ and its made in USA and its natural it says in there to cycle 5 days on and 2 off.

Current 8 bpel /7.25 nbp 6.25 eg .

Goal , I be happy with 8 NBP so I can relocate her kidney.

Hey meatbuilder I have been on androgel 1.6 for a mouth now and felt a bit better . And also take 40.5 mg . So I took one more pump a day for a week felt little bit better . Just went back to the doctor and told him what I did and he gave me a shot of test to kick start he said and 2 days later . Feeling great that did it . My test was 115 before . Don’t know what it is now but feel night and day . I am 42. Just thought it mite help hope so.

I’ve been using these herbs for about 3 years now. I take it for 11 months on, and take 1 month off.

I take the dosage listed on the bottle, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Did the Androgel for almost a year, truthfully I didn’t see any results with it. Put that shit on two-three times a day. Tuff skin I guess. When I went to differant doc he offered both and I said no topical I want the injections. 1 ml of T200 a week in the ass. It’s been 8 weeks now so I’m taking two weeks off and I’ll go back for another blood test this week to see where T’s at.

Thanks, younhard. For the sake of worms everywhere, I hope your lab tests show you’re levels are good/high now!

What did it raise your test level to?

Don’t know yet. I am going to a differant doc Tuesday for blood work and I’ll try to get my insurance to cover it now. Paid $500.00 for blood work and 10 weeks supply of T200 at clinic. Have now finished supply, waited a week so trying my regular doc. If he doesnt go for it, i’ll go back to the clinic.

But the difference in how you feel is nothing short of spectacular.

I’d like to know what you would do with the following test results:

Total T 693
Free T 11.6
Estradiol 16.8
DHEA-S 113

Specifically, how would you raise free T when it’s highly unlikely any doctor would prescribe T when it’s already near 700? What can you do to raise free T?

Also, for Bowie Knife - can you tell me what your low iron level was to start with, and what your target was? I assume you were testing serum ferritin. Also, what form of iron did you take?

And to the OP - you have to get the blood test for free T.

I think Renholder and Egg have the best handles on the problem—Renholder the more academic and Egg the most practical but slightly time consuming. The Morgantaler/Harvard studies have turned theory on it’s ear with regard to what conventional medicine has called normal by the numbers. That study has put free test. above 20 mg/l and as I remember, estradiol at 30 or a little below.

Renholder and a few others others have “nailed it ” when saying that it is never just a single factor in endocrinology. Maybe it is a help to understand the pathway to the sequence of endocrine events in how the body makes testosterone. There can be a muriad of interventions by other hormones that can divert the sequence away from its making. It starts with chloresterol (hence the need of it), proceeds to pregnanolone whence depending on other interventions, splits off to either making cortisol or by the other route to pregnalone to dhea/ testosterone. When an intervention like excess stress occurs on a daily basis, the continuing production of cortisol blocks the pathway to pregnolone and very little testosterone will be made. So often, then, problems are paired—depending on other interventions: testosterone/ estradiol or pregnalone/cortisol etc., depending entirely in whatever sequence is transpiring.

Suppose then a young man making his way in the modern world sits at his stressful job day in and day out, has a happy married life etc.but somehow feels he just isn’t “making it”.
A muriad of little, chiding events happen all day long and each time they happen the hypothylmas sends a message of “fight or flight” to the adrenals. He cannot fight and he cannot go run a mile or two. He just has to sit there at the keyboard. The adrenals send a dibilatating signal to make cortasol, the hormone of protection and letdown, with stressful consequences to the kidneys. It also shuts down the making of testosterone and he has trouble fucking that night and other nights.
