I’ve noticed if I wipe the cum from my penis on my glans, sensitivity increases. And I do have a subtle case of nerve injury still there, seems to be healing. But the cum seems to make it more sensitive, I wonder if it has any healing properties in it as well. Thoughts?

It’s probably just because you are using a lubricant. Lubricant just plain increases the sensations.

But I mean like a next day difference. Like it’s better than a moisturizer.

Hmm, are you cut or uncut? If you’re cut, it won’t hurt to keep your glans moisturized. I’m doing foreskin restoration and have found that keeping the glans moisturized has made it many times more sensitive. To keep it moisturized, I use either a little lotion or precum in between the glans and the TLC tugger, as well as whatever my body naturally produces.

I’ve been on a quest for better sensitivity, too.
