I’ve analyzed this again and I’m convinced that the raw juice and diet is the major key here. I’m going on a full time (for life) raw diet after vacation, starting with a 10-20 day juice fast to clean my body of nicotine, drugs and the like. I’ll report on what this does. As for supplements, I’m convinced they are garbage.
I’ve done extensive research on this in the past few months and I’ve come to the conclusion, even speaking to chemists about this is that most of the supplements we are taking are absolutely useless to the body and can’t even be absorbed. I’ve also learned how ascorbic acid, which is supposedly vit C contains only 1 out of the 24 properties that natural vit C has.
I’m going to test the celery myth as well. I eat some of it already in my green shakes / spinach shakes. I’m not going insane here. I’m 36, I feel like shit. I’m addicted to nicotine and take opitate pills on the weekend. I take a couple ultrams on the weekend, that’s all. Not a big druggie, but I can start to feel the effects of coming off it. I don’t get normal till around Tuesday and that’s just from 2 pills on teh weekend. I started taking them for back pain, but it’s starting to affect my well being.
So, I’m cutting out all the SH*T. This includes processed foods. Believe me, I love a nice porterhouse steak and perhaps someday I’ll be eating meat again. But when I look at a box of ****ing ritz crackers and there are 400 ingredients. Time out. I start to wonder how all this processed garbage effects me. Well, I’m living proof. I’m 36, I’m at about 15% BF and I work out a lot but feel like absolute sh*t constantly and my loads are pityful.
The one time, ONE TIME I shot a North load was when I was juicing hard for a good week.
I’ll keep you all updated on the progress. This diet starts in August. In the meantime, I’m starting to incorporate mostly raw already. I’m just going to up the spinach and celery to an astronomical level and let you know what happens. Consider me the celery guine pig :D
