Well, I’ve been able to do this for awhile but I’ve only recently discovered that it’s a goal for some. I think it mostly has to do with being in tune with your body, what is going on at the given moment and what is going to happen 1 to 5 minutes from that moment.
My wife was recently surprised when I asked her to give me a countdown on when she was going to go. She said that she couldn’t do it because she wasn’t sure exactly. She said “You can do a countdown?” Sure, how long 5 minutes, 60 seconds, 10 seconds? I think it’s all about control, edging would help if you don’t know when you can stop. At this point I can basically orgasm whenever I want while having sex. Multiple times is all about knowing your body and reactions. Like someone said a few posts before, you may want to reconsider what an orgasm is. I can know one is coming, stop for a minute and then have what I call a “small one” and then keep going. I can also ejaculate and then keep having sex, although the wife doesn’t go for this hardly ever. :(
I’m not trying to say I’m some sexual hero or anything, I think it’s a lot more mental than “daily/weekly on exercises” of which I’ve just done some edging.
Hope that helps.
