My EQ concerns

First, some personal information: 20 years old, non smoker, non drinker, gym 3-6 week in general, haven’t trained for the past 2 months though. I PE’d for 3 months, gained around 0.5” in length and not sure if anything in girth, so max 0.15”. I haven’t PE’d for the last 3 weeks.
I have two concerns:
I get an erection really hard without manual stimulation. Once I stimulate my penis, I can get a hardon.
Once I get an erection, it is rock hard, would say 9.5-10. The stiffness is comparable with touching the table or another firm surface, but only when “flexing” my penis.
The second problem is that I lose erection very easily. I could get an erection and if I don’t touch my dick, I will lose it in less than 10 seconds.
I didn’t have these problems with my ex girlfriend and I was able to have sex with her up to 10 times a day (not all of the erections were really rock hard, but with a good rest between sessions I didn’t have any problems).
I will present that with the scenario with my current girlfriend:
She starts teasing me, touchin me, showing her perfect (to me) body. I get aroused and start feeling incoming bloodflow in my penis, so I get something like a semi-erect, 50-60% erection. We undress, I go over her and she starts stimulating me. I get hard enough to penetrate (around 9, I get my best erections alone while masturbating, which is may be another problem). After some foreplay, which includes penis stimulation as well, we decide to have sex. I go to the wardrobe, get a condom, unpack it and try put it on my dick. This happens for about 7-8 seconds, where I have already lost some hardness, but it is in most cases enough to put the condom on. Then, again, my gf starts to stimulate me with a condom on and after a while I’m again hard enough to penetrate. Once we reach that point, I get inside and then everything works fine until the end - I’m hard inside her and have no problems with changing positions for about 2-5 seconds.
We could repeat that up to 5-6 times a day, and it gets worse with every next trial. I don’t have this problem on the first session, but afterwards it’s problematic.
So what could you suggest me? It is weird sort of problem to me, cause I’m able to get a real rock hard but only with stimulation and then I cannot keep it long, unless I get stimulated.
I consider the fact, that once I realised that and started to think about it, the problem went somehow on a mental level.
Do you think that PE could be related to that problem, e.g in relation with the TGC Theory, cause I gained way more length than girth?
