Not an STD, but sure seems like one

If i didn’t know my own sexual history, id say i have a STD, but its been over 2 years. I’m in pain, and if fucking hurts. I had this in January and it seems to have come back. I don’t need to pee all the time, but when I do, at the end, say the last 5 seconds, it gets cloudy, starts hurting, and starts dripping. Then it burns in the head of the penis afterwards. Like, specifically where the hard part of the urethra ends in the head (am I right in saying that theres a good 1/2 inch of lack of hardness from the urethra in the head?) If so, thats where most of the pain is.

I think it might be a urinary tract infection, but like I said, I’ve had this symptom before, and upon going to the doctor, they did a test, and it came out negative. He said it could be some semen in my system (but I doubt that?) or damage caused to the urethra. Could PE be doing this? I’m still in burning pain as I write this. I’ll go to the doctor ASAP, but this is horrible, thought I would get your guy’s take.

You could be passing a kidney stone as well.

A friend of mine had a situation like this after he did it with what I’ll call a “questionable girl”. He thought he had an STD and got it checked out. Turned out he just needed to drink more water. Actually now that I re-read your post it doesn’t sound like this is exactly your issue (maybe it is), and reminds me of one I had a while back. Particularly if I would masturbate while already having to urinate or after drinking a lot of something so that I would have to while/right after masturbation and I would have some of the issues you describe with the dripping and odd pains. I never really found a cause (other than what I mentioned) or a “cure” to my problem but I don’t do that anymore and haven’t experienced it in a while. Maybe you can get something out of all that crap I just said. Good luck

Thanks guys. Yeah, I mean, i haven’t masturbated in over a week, trying to gain as much as possible. Could this be semen jammed up trying to seep out? Not quite sure why the pain would be in my penis then. My roommate is suggesting cranberry juice.

If I cum after I pee I usually get a very bad pain in my penis. I think this has something to do with the acid in ones piss killing the sperm. It’s been a long time since health class, but I do remember something like sperm containing a liquid that shields the sperm from the urinal acid.

Anyhow, it could be this, and a number of other things. So just go and be on the safe side.

Drink cranberry juice. Take lots of vitamin “C” oh and do you like asparagus.

Drink lots of water try to drink as much as a gallon per day.

I’m thinking kidney infection. Go to the doc and insist they test you for a kidney infection.

I drank about 32 ounces of 100% cranberry juice and took two cranberry pills yesterday, havent had the problem since. I have however had a slight ache in my stomach. To update you, in October, they thought I had appendicitis but after a CATscan, said it was just a bug. I have felt kinda crappy since then, mostly respiratory and sinus. I’m going to lay off the cranberry and see if it happens again. If it does, then I’ll see the doctor and demand that test. When they did the urine analysis, I did not have the cloudy issue that particular time. I was thinking about saving it in a container next time or something…

Umm, I had last spring something that I thought as STD. I went to doc and took all the tests, one week waiting in pain (I hated peeing and forget about sex) for the results, nothing… But I received antibiotics, it helped. But then after couple months my dick begun to drip again and peeing hurted. I went urologist this time, I thought that there may be something with prostate, but nothing. by the way, I´m 22… Again, drugs and everything was fine. They never found anything, probably infection of the “urine-pipe” (sorry had no idea what it is in real English)

Sounds like you had exactly what I have/had. I’ve incorporated 900mg (1/3 of recommended dose) of cranberry extract into my daily regimen in pill form everyday, and haven’t had the problem since. My conclusion is that its a UTI of some form. I had problems with my stomach earlier, and doc though it might be appendicitis, but to no avail. Not sure what the problem is, but if taking these pills helps, all the better. Looks like it costs me about $6.50 a month.
