Partial Circumcision And Removal Of Scrotal Webbibing

I had a partial circumcision four days ago and removal of scrotal webbing. Removing the webb of skin has made a difference but I’ve still got a dressing and stitches in place. The girth of my penis is five times the size of what it was before but I’m worried that’s just swelling and eventually it will just go back to how it was. What do people think will I loose my new girth.

I’d guess it’s mostly inflammation and will return to normal as healing completes. I don’t know why removing skin would increase girth. But I’m not a doctor or medically educated.
