Pimples and whiteheads on shaft

Anyone experience this as a side effect of PE, perhaps an irritation from friction/ pressure?

A couple of weeks ago I had trimmed the shaft hair down and shaved the area in question [“AIQ”] in anticipation of meeting up with an occasional honey I know- perhaps two days before.

I had also been experimenting with/ learning about clamping, and did a couple of light sessions the next day or two, applying the clamp right on the AIQ.

Did her on Columbus Day morning [she had the day off] with a rubber [she’s a high mileage kind gal] that ended just above the AIQ.

Two or three days later I had a little irritation on the AIQ, similar to what you might expect from an ingrown hair, and a day or two later there was a whitehead on the AIQ. Upon closer examination I noted that there are quite a few stretch mark looking thingys and what appear to be very subtle tiny whitish bumps around the AIQ, apparently on/ in the hair follicles. More than two weeks later and the area is still mildly irritated.

I have continued PEing, in particular Jelqing, and now believe that I have kept the area irritated.

Anyone else have any ingrown shaft hair or skin irritation after grooming?

At first I thought it might be a yeast infection, but after looking at a couple web sites it seems the symptoms aren’t right. Then, thinking about the shaving, then irritation from the clamp you experienced, I thought about a bacterial infection of the hair follicles.

Small pustules are one of the symptoms. Obviously no one can diagnose this without seeing it and/or obtaining a sample for culture. You may have to see a physician for a prescription topical or oral antibiotic (if it has a bacterial cause). Keeping the area dry and covered for a few days may help clear things up. A cotton bandage wrapped around the base may work. Good luck.

You are the king! Thanks kindly! I’d self-diagnosed as much, but having never done a medically oriented search I couldn’t suss out how to go about it- what terms did you use?

And I must admit the fact that it was my winky had me blanking the pure ‘derm’ aspect. As my derm is both a client of mine and a lady I’ll have to figure out my next step.

After realizing that a yeast infection had different symptoms I guess I just made the jump to hair follicles and searched for “infected hair follicles.” :)

If it doesn’t go away after a few days of keeping it dry, you should make an appointment. As a professional, she won’t (or shouldn’t) make a fuss about seeing your stuff. And I’m sure you have enough self control not to get an erection just because a woman is looking at it. :D
