Pre cum comes from the Cowper’s glands, may or may not contain sperm, this depends on if your duct work has been completely emptied the last time you blew your load.

I know of two studies that looked at this issue, and they both found no significant quantities of viable sperm in pre-cum: Study 1 , Study 2
