Pressing perineum to stop cum

I have done this probably over 50 times when masturbating in order to have a dry orgasm because I hate cleaning up. I have never had any problems whatsoever over the course of probably up to four years of doing this. Is doing this harmful in any way or will it cause something unwanted?

There is evidence that repeated retrograde ejaculation can gradually weaken the valve at the bladder base such that you begin going retrograde whether you want to or not. I don’t know how many times it takes for this to begin to happen. At one time I was taking a medication that caused it. The doctor changed the med. and within a week I was shooting forward again.

I want to try it to help with me premature ejaculation. I was being sarcastic about the pain, I’m not going to break my finger while doing it.

Wouldn’t stopping stimulation be easier? You’re going to have to do some tricky maneuvering to get your hand down there, you might as well just stop thrusting. This assumes you’ll be with someone since premature ejaculation usually isn’t tied to masturbation where you’re in complete control of the situation. :)
