I have searched the forums, and found many threads that covers the subject, but they were written in Spanish. Unfortunately, I do not read those.
I was wondering if English- writing members here have that kind of piercing or the like, and would you be so kind to tell me about pros and cons of having one during sex and PE, and wearing it in real life.
This is a piercing I really would like to get, hope you will help me with this.

I don’t have this. But I’ve long wondered why the vast majority of guys with pierced cocks do a PA? Is it because there is less chance of tear-out?

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise about the pain involved at first.

The piercing itself is a pinch. Short, totally fine.

The first time you piss, your dick will burn like you’re pissing glass shards. This is DEFINITELY not the fun part. It took me a week to heal to the point where pissing wasn’t absolutley excruciating. And during that first week, you will need to drink a lot of water and piss a lot, because that is good for the healing process. Soaking your dick in a warm cup of salt water also burns and helps.

The first time you jack off with your new piercing will also be excruciating. You won’t be able to help it, though. And when you cum, it burns worse than pissing. I had my first wank 4 days after the piercing. There was quite a bit of blood. Did it in the shower and roared when I came. Totally primal rage cum.

For several weeks after, your new piercing will produce some secretions that can dry and stick to the end and then scratch and make the tip of your dick itch. Best thing for that is to use a bit of petroleum jelly to keep it moist, and wear snug undies to keep it from bouncing around too much. For like, a month and a half.

At six weeks, the secretions should be very light and you’ll be able to piss without any odd sensations or burning. Jacking off is still a bit tough but not exactly painful.

The first time I had sex with my PA ring in, it was with a condom. It was touch and go to get in there, but once I did, it was great. The PA tugging on your dick while you fuck away is amazing, still is amazing almost a decade later. I LOVE fuckin with my PA. Some partners don’t like it, so learn to take it out and put it back.

For the first year, NEVER take the PA out for more than a couple of hours. It will heal back over so fast that you’ll have to get pierced AGAIN.

Stretching up and so on:
I started with a 8 ga ring. I now wear a 2 or 0 ga ring. To stretch up, I bought current gauge rings with large heavy balls to provide some added weight, giving a natural, slight stretch to the piercing hole over time. I never used a taper or forced a stretch up. Then, to sort of build up scar tissue, I would go up and down in gauge, making it have to stretch up again and again and again. So now, I can take it out for a week or more with no reduction in the piercing hole. I can take my 0 ga out for a week and put it back in with no discomfort.

So. That’s my experience. If that first part doesn’t scare you, you’re not taking me seriously and I advise re-reading it because I am not exaggerating. In fact, I downplayed the amount of blood I had to deal with. Lots of ruined undies.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience and good advice. It still is tempting, but I don’t know when it will happen. I want to get the PE done, so that I don’t have to take a year off now that I’ve started up again after a long break.
