Prostatitis in China...Please help me out here

I am sorry for creating another thread but I am pretty worried about this, and I really need some help. I went to the hospital today after discovering that my “meatus” (pee hole) was all red inside and it stings a bit when I pee sometimes. After doing some ultrasonic scans and some not so pleasant tests where the doctor puts stuff down your “meatus”, and sticks a finger up your ass to feel your prostate and massage out some stuff (hurt like hell), I got the diagnosis: “Chronic Prostatitis”. I already knew I had mild prostatitis but now its spread up my pee hole, and it actually can become pretty dangerous if nothing is done about it. Anyways, the hospital I went to is supposedly one of the best “male problems” hospitals in all China and they have some pretty advanced treatment methods here. I have not started any treatments yet because I want to learn a bit more first.

The two treatment methods that according to my doctor was most sucessfull for treating Chronic prostatitis was something that translated to english would be something like “Prostatitis Biological Pressure”, and “Micro-Wave Treatments”

Have anyone here ever tried something like this, or know something about it? I mean, I dont want to get my balls microwaved by misstake and then develop some kind of cancer or something. Although, it would be cool if they could microwave my dick and it would be bigger as a result, like “the Hulk”, but I guess thats gamma-waves or whatever, and not microwaves, and it would look weird with a green dick.

Anyways, anyone that knows anything about this? I have contacted my insurance company (as these treatments arent that cheap), and they will also ask doctors in Sweden about it, but I would like to get as much info about this as possible before I do anything.

Sorry to hear about your problem, Does your “Microwave” translate to ‘laser’ treatment As that would seem the most likely. But that is just my thought.

Anyway to your query.

Have you tried a Google search on prostatitis? I just did a quick look there and there seemed to be some excellent articles which would provide a lot of information..

Try Google or Yahoo, And I’m sure you will get a lot of up to date knowledge there.

I’ll leave it to more learned people to actually answer your question here though as it’s beyond my knowledge.
