Does this also apply to cannibas?

To a lesser extent I would assume. Although not as toxic as cigarettes cannibas still has a number of toxic chemicals in it but the consumption rate is usually lower. Your average recreational user would probably not see noticeable effects.

Nine years ago I development a serious, long term case of bronchial pneumonia. It was very difficult to get rid of. It was during this time that I experienced a severe distaste for smoking. After battling the bronchial pneumonia I found that I had kicked the smoking habit. The desire has never returned. I have now been smoke free since that time.
