Reduced Ejaculation Volume and Strength

I´ve been noticing the past few weeks that the volume and strength of my ejaculation has decreased very noticeably.
Besides that, the ejaculate looks and feels thicker than before, i.e. whiter and more “gooey”.

On a somewhat related note, last week I woke up with a strange sensation in my bladder, as if it was burning and full, but I don´t feel pain or burning when peeing. After I peed, the sensation diminished, but didn´t pass, so I decided to take an antibiotic, which remedied the situation, I think.
I didn´t have sex with anyone in the past month.

The only things that I think could be somewhat related are the very stressful period in emotional relations that I´m going through right now and the use of an ADS (max 4 hours a day, initially) since approximately 1,5 months ago.

Does anybody have any ideas on what the issue might be ?

There’s no shortage of good PE info on Thunder’s, but I’m starting to get a bit weirded out by people who come and ask a group of total strangers for medical advice. It’s your sex organs, if something has gone awry, I would get my ass to a doctor.

Definitely go to the doctor. I don’t think your problem is PE related but once again go to the doctor.

I will go to the doctor for sure, but since I could not get an appointment this week, I decided to ask the experts here, some of which I am sure know a lot more than some doctors.

I have experienced these symptoms before when I had prostatitis 12 years ago. You should see a doctor right away. I was on Cipro for more than 3 months at that time and it took almost 1 year for it to totally go away.

To start with, I would make sure that you are well hydrated. Make sure you are drinking lots of water. Most people don’t drink enough.

Above and beyond that, how often do you ejaculate?

Jafar: I was thinking about this possibility (prostatitis) as well.

Lampwick: I usually ejaculate once a day or once every 2 to 3 days, but I stopped masturbating some days ago.

I´m just waiting for a doctor to have time and I will go there this week for sure. I thought at first that it wasn´t serious, something like an urinary infection, so I started taking Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim and felt a very good improvement, but now I feel a slight burning/ acidic sensation that extends to the shaft of my penis, but it comes and goes. It sometimes feels a little strange to pee as well, but not all times.

I hope the doctor can give me the right treatment :)

Quick update:

Woke up today,at approximately 5 am, feeling coldness in my balls. Since this was very weird, I went to the hospital and described everything to a doctor (she was BEAUTIFUL) who examined me and said that I should talk to a specialist. Since she had to go at 7 am and ordered some exams that only got ready at 10 am, another doctor called me and said that he was a specialist and asked me more about the symptoms, but still told me to go to another specialist to continue the investigation, because he doesn´t accept my healthcare plan :(

Anyways, the blood tests came OK and the urine test didn´t show any abnormality. Now, I´ll have to wait for the urine culture test results, that are due in 2 days and then see what happens. The doctor´s initial suspicion is that I might have prostatitis and that it might have been caused by the seat of the stationary bike, something that, as some of you might have read, I asked about some weeks ago on another thread (Tingling/ numbness after riding a stationary bike).

Even though I still feel I am not 100%, I think that I am improving, because I didn´t feel the coldness that I felt during the night nor the urge to pee several times. I will talk to a specialist today and get to the bottom of this, no pun intended.
