Reports on daily taladafil (Cialis)?

ED is defined as the inability to have or maintain an erection.

PDE-5 inhibitors are used for the treatment of ED. There are multiple types of PDE5 inhibitors and you need to test them to see which works best for you, and importantly, which has the least side effects.

Levitra gave me serious sinus congestion and head ache, where cialis and viagra did not.

I’ve taken citrulline and cialis together with no issues.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

That’s what I was taking to start with. Later I got the doc to change it to 5mg/day.

I stopped taking it a couple of months ago when the tinnitus problem got worse. There are a number of papers linking Cialis and Viagra to tinnitus or "sudden hearing loss." The correlation was small, but I stopped the med to see if there would be any change. In my case, I don’t think the change in tinnitus was caused by taladafil; it waxes and wanes in random changes, and as far as I can tell, it was just random chance that the tinnitus got noticeably worse after going on Taladafil.

I’ve taken it with L-citrulline or L-argenine. There’s a small boost in effectiveness with no side effects I can detect.

I take 10 mg daily. I buy 20mg tablets from an Indian pharmacy and split them in two.

I’m 53 years old

It works great. I don’t have any side effects.

I have great morning wood, can get erect easily, and maintain full erection during sex(this was my problem previously).

It also helps with vascularity for working out.

I have seen no decrease in effectiveness and have been doing this for 5 years now.

08/23/2016: 6 1/4" BPEL 4 9/16" Mseg

02/27/2020: 7 3/16" BPEL 5 1/16" Mseg

WifeBoner, my experience is that Cialis not only helps maintain an erection during intercourse but also sometimes after ejaculation.

I also take L-Arginine and L-Citruline in a combination tablet. As a side note, I think it has helped my cholesterol numbers by doing so.

Would Cialis help with maintaining an erection longer and not just for an initial start?

Thanks.

Yes, to first question. I think citruline helps, but check with doctor first. Mine just told me today I need to stop supplementing due to blood pressure issues and low sodium.
My wife told me a year ago that I don’t need cialis. I said you’re probably right. But, I guarantee you it’s a lot harder with it than without. She hasn’t said anything about it since.

Start 8/15/18-BPEL-6.75” MEG-4.625”

2/17/20-BPEL-7.125” MEG-5”

Goal- 8”x5.5”

I now have a 5 mg per day generic Cialis prescription through Amazon Pharmacy. Cost works out to be $0.82 per day. Composed of:

$33 online doctor consultation + $40.20 for 90 tablets (3 months) = $73.20 per 3 months.

At the end of 3 months, I go through the online "doctor" consult again. That part seems like a bit of a racket.

I’ve noticed a good bit more vascularity myself regardless of during a workout or otherwise. I’ve lost some bodyfat, which is helpful in regard to vascularity, but I’m putting my money on the Citrulline as the major reason.

I need to research the differences amongst the ED drugs…. Seems that a lot of guys around here are working with low(er) dose Cialis for the most part.

As of Mar 24

BPEL - 6.5"

Erect Girth; Base - 5.75", Mid-Shaft - 5.5", Behind Glans - 5.25"

The good thing, 5 mg daily cause high sex drive, I read something about tadalafil helps to increase serotonin.

The bad thing, when I use it, I noticed that my near vision becomes a little blurred to read, and I fell a lot of reflux specially when I go sleep.

And also after that I started to take ed meds, my miopia rose.

I now have a script for daily Tadalafil, 5mg.

Does it take a bit (days/weeks) to get this at a steady state in your system before a noticeable effect?

No, should be effective after an hour. There is a misconception that once you take a Cialis, Viagra, etc., that you get an instant hard on which is incorrect. You may still need manual stimulation to get erect- the drugs just help set the path for getting an erection.

I take 5mg daily also prescribed 10mg for activity. The 5 daily works good able to perform plus it helps with the dribbles which is its clinical application. When I take the 10 either it’s the anticipation or added engorgement that makes me ready to rock. I’m also on TRT 200mg of T every other week which keeps my levels in range. Nitric will drop blood pressure via vasodilation. Be cauliflower bp issues my friends

I’ve been doing the daily 5 mg since that post of 06-27-2024, so that’s close to 2 months. I can’t say I feel much different. One thing I don’t have is that nice plumpness and feeling of well-being that I got with the higher doses.
