Semen low volume and shrikage testicles

I have noticed two weeks back that my semen volume is low and it takes much time to come out during masturbation as compared to be in the past and also my both testicles sizes has shrink ed and their size is now 2 inches (both). my age is 43 years. Please help me in this regard. thanks

I can only think of one explanation: HORMONE.

I agree with Alpha. Unless you’ve been spanking your monkey constantly for the past two weeks, you may have some kind of chemical balance issue going on. I’m also wondering about a prostate issue. Either case, a visit to the doctor is the best path you could take right now. Keep us posted!

Are you on any new medication?

With declining age your testosterone, LH,FSH, etc levels fall a bit so you have to “adjust” with natural or drug routes. Everyone is different so the hormonal decline can be seen in some earlier than in others and vice versa. You’ve been given good advice as to check with an urologist. If you can’t do that I think you can try some supplemental Test boosters like D-aspartic acid, Tribulus, Tongkat Ali and such or else if you want to go for something sure , try Clomid at low dose. As I said earlier, do these in case you don’t have access to a doctor.
