Fish oil ain’t a static thing. You should be asking “how much should I take to notice a difference?”. Which is a question I can’t answer with any certainty, but I take about 3000 mg EPA/DHA daily (which means about 10 capsules á 1000 mg fish oil, or 10 ml liquid fish oil) and I get hardons from very light contact with my wife. Holding hands is OK, hugging is pushing it.

There are lots of possible cuses for your problem imperator. Going to the doc for a T test (free, unbound and total) is not a bad idea just to rule out the possibility. To me it sounds like you may be depressed.
