Hey man, how has the Japanese silicon ring worked out for you? I just ordered one after reading your thread. I have had balanitis of the penis for 3 years now and have a circumcision date pending. I do NOT want to get circumcised and I am sick of putting anti-fungal creams on my penis. The device you posted is EXACTLY what I have been looking to find for about 2 years now.

I now wear a SS glans ring while having sex and it works well.
The one I use is like this one
It is a snug fit in the groove with the ball against the frenulum. As long as you are erect I do not think it can come off during sex. It certainly increased stimulation for me and the wife and made it easier for me to orgasm. In an erect state I find it buries in behind the corona and tends to push the ridge of the corona up in front of it. That stimulates as does the ball against the frenulum.
On the other hand this sort of ring does not hold back the foreskin which can ride over it.
I tried your Vit B6 (600 mgs) for a few weeks and but did not find any real benefits

Update (4/2):
I got the silicone ring auto foreskin retractor. It’s kept my foreskin off of the glans for the past 5 hours with little adjustment necessary, but I’ve just been sitting in my cubicle all day. The real test will be when I’m up and about.
Took my dog out for a hike. The silicone ring stayed put and kept the foreskin off my glans the entire time. My penis and parts of my foreskin seem to be drying off. I think the silicone ring is going to work as the primary spot of my balanitis is right on the tip of my glans, which is totally dry right now. Why didn’t I hear about this device three years ago?

Honestly, the one I bought from Love Embassy is good only until I go to bed. When I’m asleep, I get a boner and that causes the ring to either fall off or for the foreskin to roll over it.
I recently purchased the same silicon ring from the love embassy link posted above. It works relatively well. Keeps my foreskin retracted through most normal activities. Sometimes it gets displaced and I have to adjust it (for example when going for a run.
How can you find a perfect size? Not all glans are equal.
^ The glans rings can be cut to size, or have flexible parts that allow it to fit different body types / accommodate an erection.
