Spermatocele?

Has anyone heard of that? Or had it?

Spermatocele, that’s what my doctor called the lumps in my nut-sack.

Different from varicocele apparently. It seems like id doesn’t cause low sperm-count.

But it looks to me just like your ordinary varicocele, I guess the ultra sound will tell. I’m thinking about booking a time with a urologist. This wast just and ordinary doctor, or what the’re called.
