Ok, so i have been working my PC muscle pretty intense for a month, and now i can prevent the cum by flowing by a single hard kegel.

But, after the orgasm is over, the dick still feels sensitive, and starts getting limp. How am i supposed to keep satisfying my woman with a limp dick? :)

I’ve noticed the same thing happen with me. I think it’s just that the refractory period is lowered considerably. It is possible to sometimes maintain the erection though. For that you need to time the squeeze very well. Also immedeately after, you need to try to think really sexy thoughts to turn yourself and maintain that libido, pump harder and try lots of short hard kegels to pump in blood. You will still go a little limp, maybe down to 60-70%, but you can quickly regain your erection. The moment you do that, you need to back off the sexy thoughts, take nice slow deep breaths, and then go on. I’ve also noted that I have the best success when I leak absolutely no semen. Even if I spill a single drop, I usually go limp and it takes longer to regain it. Im still looking for a way to continue post orgasm with an absolute stiff boner. Ive read the threads about multiple orgasms here, but no-one seems to have provided a step by step approach.
