The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I always stop going to the gym in mid-spring due to increased stress and exhaustion from work and have had a similar loss in libido. I just figured it was the stress and exhaustion from work (I find a good strength training session is invigorating, not exhausting, as long as I come into it with plenty of energy) and had nothing to do with with the lack of strength training. Now I wonder.

But yeah I’d definitely go back to the gym if it’s messing with you bad enough to make this post.

The mystery has been solved. That was due to Lion’s Mane I was taking. As I stopped it my high libido was restored.

Instead of weightlifting you always can do a cardio outdoors in your free time. And one another tip is a cold shower two times a day. It really works for me!
