Strange things on my penis

In the last few days I have noticed that something strange came out of nowhere on my penis. It’s like a small little bubblelish things (several in a group). They are white (with red around) and look like a rash or sthg.
I am pretty concerned because I hadn’t had sex in like long time. The reason I can think of is only one. One week ago or something a girl made me a blow job (first time from her) with no condom. I don’t know if I could have got something from that or it’s just a rash because of the hot weather, humidity, etc. I am currently seeing this girl and I’m not sure if I should continue doing stuff until I figure out what is this..

The only thing I can relate this is to something similar I used to have when I was a child. I remember my best friend told me I had mushrooms on my pee pee. Since puberty so far I have never had something like this.

I don’t know if I should be worried and go and see a doctor. What do you guys think? Could it be something serious (like a beginning of some disease) or nothing to worry about?

If it gets worse, go to a doctor. If it clears by itself in a couple days, you probably have no worries. Meanwhile, don’t aggravate it with masturbation, PE, etc..

But it is no possible to say.
If you are doing PE this can be something from that. But you took sex without condom. It can be nothing, but stop PE and go to see a doctor. It’s the best thing to do. If there is a disease he will give you a medication, if there is nothing you will be in peace.
And you have only one dick: take care of it.

Like 6to9 said, you already seem worried and if you are, you should see a doctor. The “strange stuff” doesn’t really look white in the photos, and you haven’t said if they hurt or not. My opinion is they are wither some sort of reaction to friction, or, if they contain some liquid, might be a small infection from a bacteria or virus. Either way, I doubt it has anything to do with the blow job, or that it is anything incredibly serious.

If you want to be on the safe side, go see your doctor.

I appreciate the advices.. And all I had was oral sex with no condom (where is the pleasure of the oral if it’s with a condom?)

The thing is I cannot go and see a doctor any time in the next 3-4 weeks.. So I guess I just wait and see if it goes away.

Actually today after I did some stretches I took the picture.. So now I realised it gets red when I PE.. Otherwise it’s 2-3-4 small white dots.

I don’t know what this could be but I have a few questions?

Has your personal hygiene been good/ taking showers and cleaning your dick well?

Have you been exercising, or working out doors in the heat and sweating alot and not changing under pants?

Have you touched something or anything that could be considered dirty and not washed your hands before touching your penis?

Is there anything you can think of at all?

Possibly an insect bit you while you were sleeping like a spider or something?

Is your mattress clean? Is your girlfriends mattress clean?

It may be possible to get STDs through oral sex.

My personal hygiene is good (same as aways) taking regular showers using Intimo to clean the dick;
Yes, since the weather is becoming hotter, I started going out and playing some basketball;
Unfortunately I think that I had few occasions when I forgot to wash my hands before routine.;
My mattress is clean I am pretty sure. That girl is not my girlfriend.we are just dating and this was the first time she would let me into her room (when I got the oral) so I don’t really know if her mattres is clean or not

I am relating the girl and the oral only because this thing happened after she did it.. It could be related, it could not be..

It looks to me like a local skin infection. The way it’s spreading and the pattern suggests it may be fungal. Either way you should go see a physician. A free clinic may be your best option as they come in contact with a great variety of sexually transmitted diseases, will be able to help you faster than making an appointment, and will be able to tell you what it is.

Try to keep the area as clean and dry as possible. Use a powder such as Goldbond Medicated powder on it until you can see the Doctor. Most fungus’ and bacteria thrive in moisture, so do your best to keep it clean and dry.

Do you play sports or run? Anything that makes you sweat alot? Wear an athletic supporter or anything like that?

Wash anything that comes in contact with your penis thoroughly. Use Hibiclens to wash your penis and any of your PE equipment. It’s an antiseptic/antimicrobial skin cleanser, surgeons use it to wash their hands before surgery. You can pick it up at most pharmacies and medical supply stores.

You may want to try an anti fungal cream as well, something specifically designed for jock itch.

Sorry for the ignorance but what is an athletic supporter? And yes I do sports in shorts and now that I can think about it.. It showed up more or less at the same time as I started using shorts. I go to the gym, swim and run once a week.. So yea a lot of dirty places.

I currently live in Italy and here the medicine policy is a bit strict. So would you suggest me any antibacterial medicine which is also prescription-free..

I do have half tube of Cannesten (an antibacterial medicine for genitals) which I used last year due to strange smell coming from there (bacterial infection).

An athletic supporter is referred to in the states as a “jock”. Something that holds your genitals in place while playing sports. If you have one, wash it.

Anything with bacitracin in it is good for topical bacterial infections, the generic brands are just as good as the expensive stuff. Anti fungals can be found commonly in pharmacies and should not be regulated.

Is there a clinic where all the prostitutes and drug addicts go in your town? Somewhere they go to be tested, get condoms, and needles? These places may be a social taboo to go to but offer the most experience in dealing with problems like these. And because of the nature of sexually transmitted disease they tend to be flexible, and prompt, in scheduling patients for examinations. I would go there if I were you. If you’re afraid to be seen go to the next town over.

Check the use-by date on the tube . if it is still inside the date then there is no harm in trying it. Are the symptoms similar to those you had last year? That is did you have any rash then?

No the symptoms are completely different. Last year it had smell and strange like white stuff.Then I went to a doctor and he gave me this canessten. He said due to low hygiene the bacteria developed. Nothing serious. After then I started using Lacticyd Intimo every day. I didn’t have any rash back then..

Man about the clinic id go but unfortunately I’m not very familiar with these places here.. So would it harm if I wait for 1 month and go and check it back in my country?

Where can I get one of these “athletic suporters”? Sports shops? I was considering of buying one of those since long time ago since I think sometimes your dick and balls get to loosen when you do sports.. Has anybody noticed this?

Looking closely at your pictures. Shows that you have a large number of the bumps around the whole of your penis, but they are simply staying there lying dormant,. and are immature probably hair follicles.

It could well be that your Gf giving you a blow job, rubbed them with her teeth, and that has irritated them..

If they are not getting worse, or weeping, or discharging, then there is no imminant danger. But obviously the answer is to go without sex in any form, including masturbation, and see if they settle down.

But do go to your Doctor when you return to your country. .However, if they do get worse, then you must get them attended to as soon as possible.

So have a good inspection and see how they correspond to the other bumps aroound your penis. and keep an eye on the progress.
