You can try gingko biloba, l-arginine (not if you ever had herpes) and drink a lot of water.
Also eat clean, not necessarily healthy but clean.
You can jelq for EQ. Forget premature ejaculation for now. Focus on EQ. When EQ gets better, you will deal with PE.
