I have the manhood cover. I find that it has to be washed daily. It gets gross fast.Condoms seem to restore better for me. They hold moisture in better but getting them on and off isn’t ideal and they degrade quickly.
They can get dirty for sure! I have to make sure all the pee is out of me and dab with a piece of toilet paper to dry the tip off. But if you make precum during the day it can get very dirty. I just have to manage my sleeve use. If I’m out in public I don’t have time to make sure I’m completely dry, at a urinal I kind of hurry, so there’s more pee. I have 6 sleeves and can change them daily, the website says you kinda need to have one for just a day’s use. Yah man I hear ya, this restoring business isn’t really the most natural or clean or easy thing to go about! But I try and after almost 3 years the changes have been worth every minute, every dirty sleeve, every pee dab lol
