Age catches up on all of us. When I was young I could shoot over my shoulder. Then at about 45 YO it barely shot. Back then I caught the train to work with 40 minutes each way. My tip is that during that time I kegleled for most of the journey and got back to shooting over my shoulder.

I’m now 55 YO and after studding tantra I rarely shoot. I actually think I’m going into delayed ejaculation even though I have non ejaculatitory orgasms. As per a previous post I’ve tried the Holy Grail of cum volume and it didn’t work for me with 4ml each time, yes I measured. I actually ended up with heart palpitations on some of the supplements.

I’m back doing kegles and am looking for any tips from others that have got their distance back as you have got older.

I can’t really give you any tips on getting your distance back, but I urge you to reconsider the frequency of your ejaculations. Especially at your age, when the risk of prostate issues is increasing, you would do yourself a big favor to have regular daily or almost daily ejaculations.

All of the scientific research points to a decreased risk of prostate enlargement and even cancer the more often you ejaculate, all else being equal.

Just some food for thought.

As far as shooting far/hard, personally when I’ve shot the farthest and the hardest, there are 2 things that seem to be in common:

1. Am very excited and worked up/edged
2. Am very well hydrated

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in
