I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

The few posts that I have on here before now are about my rash, impatient foray into the world of PE. Basically an incorrect jelqing technique (jelqing over the glans, too high EQ) and overworking (excessive masturbation post-workout) led to pain in my veins, problems with erections for a while and a great loss of sensitivity in both the glans and shaft.

That was almost a year ago. I don’t have any more pain (unless I handle my unit too roughly masturbating), and can have healthy erections, but the main blow I’ve got comes from the reduced sensitivity in my glans. The jelqing over the glans ended up callousing or keratinizing the glans - I used to be too sensitive before, getting erections by just feeling my penis in my boxers, or taking my clothes off and not even touching anything.

Now I can still get erections (sometimes easily around women), but with much more concentration required on my part to maintain it. Porn has also become more of an aid and I want to be less dependent on that.
I’ve been applying a 20% glycolic acid cream I purchased online for a while with limited success - the shaft has become slightly more sensitive, but not the glans. Upping the percentage is a possibility.

While theoretically I can last longer because of this decreased sensitivity, I feel that the lack of sensation ends up screwing my libido - I have to “think” erections more, as opposed to just spontaneously getting them. Playing with my dick just isn’t as fun as it used to be.

Basically I want to ask if anyone has any tips (possibly about creams, glycolic acid) for increasing glans sensitivity/dekeratinization. Foreskin restoration is not an option for me. I’m so relieved that my dick still works in the wake of that injury - I just want things to feel good again FIRST, then I can think about starting PE the RIGHT way.

We almost have the opposite problem.

First something which could maybe helps you. Be happy that you can last longer and for your erections just stop watching porn as I did read today on this forum. Stop watching porn and stop wanting to have an erection, just do something else. Read books, make some sport, go out with friends (no more alcohol ou tobacco of course) Try this for a week, or two weeks or more… and tell us if something happens. According to what I did read today on many places on the web your penis will begin to need to become hard again. I’m sure it might take months or years but the road will be cool for us if we have the courage to learn and the result will be a very big power and very easu erections if you’re still young. The only problem of Werner is that he’s a certain years old (I forgot the age) so he needs to takes testosterone I think. But then he does everything just with the mind and without having to think about porno things.

Me I’d like to become more sensitive on other parts of my penis and body but especially I will love to loose sensitivity in my inside forehead and frenulum but unfortunately I don’t think an incorrect jelqing technique would produced this for me. Or maybe you or somebody else think it myight helps me.

Wearing your skin over the glans will allow the glans contact to rejuvenate the skin doing the covering. Google Your-Skin Cone Instructions. It’s not stretching a new foreskin, just using what you have.

The Your Skin Cone seems like a good idea, but I don’t think I have enough skin to comfortably roll over the glans. Is this an issue?

To use it you need the sort of slack that allows you to force your skin to temporarily cover the glans while flaccid. The instructions slide shows somebody with tons of slack but a typical cut guy can also use it.

I am in the same boat as you. I lost sensitivity in my glans and shaft from 5 years of masturbation with no lube and an iron hard grip.
Pretty much abstaining from touching my dick has been the best thing, just let it chill out and do its own thing.
I kept up with my PE though which I think helped dramatically by supplying more fresh blood.

I am looking into essential oils that can be massaged onto the shaft and glans that could help with it, but as of yet I have been too swamped with school to make significant strides in that field.
I will report back here though with anything I discover.. I am curious about that acid you wrote of though.

I do want to add to this though that while I had significant sensitivity loss I lasted shorter with women than I do now. Regaining my sensitivity gave me precious more minutes on the clock… I used to be unable to hold off orgasm while a woman came ( even though I couldn’t feel her cumming ) now though I can feel her orgasm and stave off my ejaculation ( was very cool to me the first time it happened )
