Turtleneck and surgery

Please have a look at my spectacular paint-dick and tell me if its possible to do a cut where the arrow points and cut down to where the arrow starts and if its a safe procedure? The green zone is the turtleneck. And yes I’ve used the searchbutton for “turtleneck surgery” and found nothing.

I also wonder if its possible to lift one of the testicles by removing scrotum skin on that particular side and if that also is a safe procedure?

I really hate the look of my package as you may have figured out already :-(

Search for “penoscrotal webbing” instead of turkey neck. That is just PE slang.

You shouldn’t wear a turtleneck to surgery, it’s tacky.

Is it really that bad? I went through a phase of wanting the perfect cock & this was one thing that bothered me for a while. If I stretch the scrotum skin out when it’s flaccid it does extend a fair way down my shaft. But it’s not really a problem.

This kind of reminds me of women getting surgery because they think their labia is too big, but less extreme. I wouldn’t worry about the skin, its just more for her/him to munch on & enjoy.

About how much would this surgery cost?

I wonder how much scar tissue is left after surgery, and if the scar build up would affect future gains? I can’t believe things would ever be the same after the operation.
