Varicocele and testosterone

Varicocele and testosterone

I just want to know if there is connection between varicocele and testosterone levels.I just can’t believe that in 21st century it is still unknown if it does have connection. Some says that there is no need to be paranoiac about it and that there is no connection whatsoever , others says exactly the opposite thing.I for one am more likely to accept that varicoceles affect the T. levels greatly because just touching my smaller left ball(due to the varicocele) wonder how can it make the same T. levels as the bigger right. And I can’t explain it but after ejaculation I feel the right ball producing sperm and wanting more sex , but for the left one I do not feel anything - it’s like I do not have left ball.I’m surely making the operation. Will appreciate any opinions guys.

Do you mean semen or testosterone?

A Varicocele is related to blood flow and valve issues (like varicious veins), nothing to do with testosterone as far as I know.

I don’t think semen production is affected, however, the usefulness of that semen could be, i.e. due to the blockage sperm is “overheated”.

Have you been officially diagnosed as having a varicocele or are you just guessing?

Get this checked out. They are relatively easy to repair. Ignoring a varicocele may compromise your fertility level in the long run.

It is not uncommon at all in “normal” men to have one testicle that is somewhat larger than the other.

I was recently diagnosed with a vericocele on my left testicle. The doctor said it’s nothing to worry about, and also the vericocele teste usually ends up being the bigger, lower hanger of the two. It definitely is in my case.

Yes I’m diagnosed with. And due to low blood support and veins on the top the left testicle is smaller and hangs lower. And since it’s smaller it is logical that some T. producing cells were corrupted.

Some doctors say that it has an effect but the majority say it has no effect on testosterone but has effects on spermatogenesis and fertility (and that is for sure)

I don’t understand the logic when they say that it does not affect the T. levels.Since T. is produced in the balls , when one of the balls is smaller and undeveloped it is logical that it can not produce as much as the other ball. And here goes the interesting question - if you have varicocele since you were 13 , and your left ball is smaller due to varicocele , can your body compensate for this by making the right one even bigger than normal - thus consisting the normal T. levels ?

Yes. Even people who have one testicle removed from cancer for example, are able to produce normal levels of testosterone from the remaining nut. The same for people who lose a kidney, the remaining one works for both.

Do you guys still PE with the varicocele? mine really starts to hurt

My question, Do any of you guys were doing PE after varicocele repair ?

I had surgery for varicocele in both kiwi’s in 1999. Was doing PE before, kept doing after. In fact, didin’t wait enough, and because of the stretching of the skin, my scars don’t look pretty. Can be corrected with laser though.

Present: 8.75" BPEL, 9.25" BPSFL, 5.3" EG

Goal: 1' BPEL, 6.5" EG

I see djufo. I was at the urologist and he diagnosed me with varicocele which will need to be repair but after excessive use of testosterone boosters and really high doses of AAKG I might develop other problems as well and my on the surface of my shaft there are visible veins.PE is almost imposable now cause shaft is quite hard at the base and pumping blood isn`t effective.

My unit is now completely different as it was before using supplements.

Do anyone knows what it might be and how and how to take care of this ? Varicocele will be enough and restore proper circulation ?
