Varicocele

Hi bignik, it hard to know if the shrunken testicle was due to varicocele, I’m just putting 2 and 2 together, would a small varicocele have the potential to that? I would have to say I don;t have much pain and don’t know about fertility levels, what I do know this issue has taken over my life mentally reducing the quality of my life, I’m willing to try any measures to fix it so in that regard I feel surgery would be necessary.

For private surgery, it costs around 2 grand, I could get it on the nhs put they only sanction it if someone is in pain which I doubt they would believe I have. I have had it since 17/18 do you reckon at 22 it’s too late to return to size? Cheers

Listen, more you stress about it worse it make it ( stress raises cortisol and cortisol lowers testosterone ) If you wanna see if the testicle have shrunken get a ultra sound done but I doubt it its from a small varicocele . Just so you know both testitcles are not the same size .

I know how you feel cause I was in the same boat but mine was very painful and the thoughts alone made it worse .

Bignik, from the constant cortisol from stressing could this have effected my development, I’m just concerned I didnt reach my full potential in penis size from this, it’s 7x5 but seems small for being a tall guy. I seem to be turtled and get lack of morning wood due to the stress

No , to the cortisol question . You are way over thinking brother and 7x5 everyone knows its not even close to small . Stress and morning wood relate as stress does effect morning wood .

From what you write I don’t even think your varicocele is bad probably a grade 1 or 2 .
