After some reading around on this thread and on threads linked out of here, I’m not sure I have exactly what seems to be most talked about.
Earlier in this thread, you referred to either lymph vessel issues or thrombosed veins, but all I seem to run into is talk of the "beaded" guitar string stuff, and I’ve seen pictures of what look like bigger "strings" versus what I’m talking about, in my case.
What I have is extremely thin, like a pin’s diameter, underneath the skin, not visible to the naked eye whatsoever unless you push down on it (much, much more so while erect), and even then it is hard to make out by the naked eye. I can fairly easily feel it to the touch though; it is on the left side of the shaft (almost all the way from the base to just underneath the left side of the glans), and I can practically twang it like a guitar string if I do a flaccid stretch. It’s as if the thing starts out of nowhere (at the bottom of the line it creates) and stops at the top out of nowhere. There is some very miniscule squiggly-ness shaped feeling to the top and bottom. None of it is painful, per se, but I think some tenderness has developed to it for how much I’ve tried examining it over the past 4-5 days, also aside from my conscious awareness to it, which can be a b*tch when trying to assess something objectively.
Does that sound like anything to you? I don’t do any pumping or anything remotely advanced (not even cock rings), just jelqing and stretching, and definitely edging.

Yesterday, for the first time since it appeared, I applied tons of direct heat via a rice sock, and did some moving of it around. Nothing seemed to change about it at all. Then, I did some light stretching, then half-assed some jelqing and edging in the shower.
Today, I’ve applied just as much direct heat, did slightly more intense stretching and for a longer time, then applied cold to it (for cool-down), then wrapped my penis in bandage tape in the elongated state. I plan to hit the shower for some low intensity jelqing and edging again.
