Weird pimples or something.

Weird pimples or something.

I have a region on the shaft of my dick that’s like 1cm^2 and there it’s like 6-10 small whitish pimple looking things. Anyone have anything similar? In some it looks like it’s a hair that’s stuck and therefor it starting to build up fluid, but when I pick them with a thin needle, there is nothing in there. And they don’t go away?! :/.It’s not the look that bothers me, because it’s not that bad. But more the issue after you jerked off a long time or Pe, it can be somewhat red and hurt a bit.

Are they right before the head of the penis or on the coronal ridge? They could be the completely normal pearly penile papules. Lots of guys have them. They could also be some sort of blocked oil gland. There’s always the STD question, but from your description it doesn’t sound like one.

They are about on the middle of the shaft, and sometime they appear more sometime less. But it’s strange that it’s all there in just a small place and nowhere else.

Google for some std photo’s. Early stages of herpes looks like little blisters. So dose yeast infections.

Could also be an allergic reaction to maybe latex condomes.

could alwys go to a public health clinic.

I think I got the same “pimples”, but my doc told me they should be kinda dysfunctional sweat-pores, that’s why they are not filled with liquid and more kinda hard. He told me besides the look they are totally harmless. Funny thing was, a great deal of them vanished, when I had to do a high dose ultra violet treatment for another skin issue. You should consult a doctor nevertheless, you never know. And since it’s not affecting anything besides the skin on your penis, you might consider consulting a skin doctor rather than a urologist.

Good luck!

Yeah, they’re hair follicles which haven’t sprouted hair. Perfectly normal and every guy has a few.

Just another observation:

If they look like pimples with a depression in the center, and when you roll it in your fingers it feels like there’s a hard lump inside, it could be something called molluscum.

Buddy of mine had it and it sounds worse than it is. It’s an STD but really harmless.

Here's a definition, hope it helps

Molluscum contagiosum is caused by a virus that is a member of the pox-virus family.

The virus may spread by sexual contact. Molluscum is generally seen on the genitals as a sexually-transmitted disease. Early lesions on the genitalia may be mistaken for herpes or warts but, unlike herpes, these lesions are painless. Because molluscum produces no serious illness and is not of long-term public health significance, it has not been treated as other sexually-transmitted diseases. The importance is significant in the growing population of immunocompromised people with AIDS, who may have rapidly worse case of molluscum contagiosum.

Typically, the lesion of molluscum begins as a small papule which may become raised up to a pearly, flesh-colored nodule. The papule often has a dimple in the center (umbilication). These papules may occur in lines, where the person has scratched. Scratching or other irritation causes the virus to spread in a line or in groups (crops).

The papules are approximately 2 - 5 millimeters in diameter and painless. There is usually no inflammation and subsequently no redness unless the person has been digging or scratching at the lesions. In the mature molluscum, the top of the nodule may be opened with a sterile needle and a small waxy core can be seen and squeezed out of the lesion.

Just something else you might want to check out, Pearly penile papules. I’ve about 7 of them for as long as I can remember (early teens, when I started checking everything out down there). Not an STD, not contagious.

Good luck.
