White-headed cock pimples?

I have developed quite a lot of white-headed pimples at the base of my cock. Any idea what these are, and what I can do about them?

These likely (as I’m sure you’re aware) aren’t pimples.

Do you think they might be genital warts?

There is also the possibility that they are pearly papules, but those are more common on the corona. Are they soft?hard? Painless? Painful?

Pretty much painless. I scratched the white puss out of one of them and it bled.

Sounds like a papule to me, but you may want to get a urologist to check it out just in case.

I think most of us have these but they don’t show up much, but mainly when we stretch or give the skin a bit of a bashing.

Have a look along your shaft, and stretch the skin. You will probably see some fairly faint pimples. these lie dormant but when they get the sort of treatment we give our dicks on exercises they become more pronunced. In fact they may be just undeveloped skin follicles

Again, some of us have them on our balls as well where they can become a bit of a nuisance sometimes, but there is little one can do about them except dig them out, when they bleed and are painful when you do it, but usually heal up.

Have you been subjecting the base of your dick to severe pressure, such as pumping? or very hard stretching or bending in that region? If so that is probably the cause.

I’m not an expert on Genital warts but I believe they are painful if you have them. You can do a search on the internet for genital warts and find out about them and what can or cannot be done if you have them.

I don’t think you have too much to worry aboaut apart from the appearance, and the only time you are likely to have them noticed is if you are getting a blow job. Although they may be out of focus. (this is getting too disgusting to proceed further)

Well, I’ve had these since I was 16 (I’m 23 now)..

I tried squeezing them, shaving all the hair out of the area as I thought it was a buildup of dirt/bacteria and also washed my cock and balls 3 times a day for several months.NOTHING HELPED..

Then, I tried some of my younger brother’s Pro-Activ acne medication.it comes in a really small bottle (like 50 mL I think) and is supposed to be applied on acne during the night-time only..

Well, I put some on my dick in the morning after my shower and at night before I went to bed (without washing.too lazy) and did notice significant diminishment in both the size and quantity of these papules

Pearly Penile Papules are generally on the corona of the glans penis. Meaning that the base of your shaft won’t have them. I may be wrong, but I don’t think so… It’s very possible that you’ve got genital warts. A lot of times they are flesh-colored, and they (warts) can be on the head, shaft, testicles, anus, etc. I’d let a doctor check you out!

You might be referring to the white bumps that everyone has? When I was 18 I thought those bumps were warts or something. I went to a Doctor and he told me they were perfectly normal for a healthy man to have. I have them on the base of my shaft as well. I told him but could not show him because I had the Doctor turtle thing happening. He said it was normal.

I think Petit is probably on the right track. I don’t think they are genital warts.
