Why Don't I Get Spontaneous Erections Anymore

After 4 months of PE (jelqing) I’ve also got weaker erections. This seems like a common theme. At the moment I’m doing no PE hoping things improve.

About 4 weeks ago I suddenly lost erections and morning erections after attempting jelq squeezes for girth. I cut out PE for two weeks and things improved including morning erections. I started PE again and (my usual 3 days a week approx 200 jelqs) but had more problems getting even 70% erect. Morning erections got weaker. Within the last 3 days I’ve not done any PE. I’m still getting morning erections but they’re feeble things and quickly disappears. I now believe that jelqing has damaged penile nerve connections or something and I’m very worried. I don’t see what else can be done except rest and hope things improve.

I’m 39.9 (not 40 for another 30 days) and I still get morning wood. Spontaneous erections? Sometimes, but very rarely. Age + other factors I’m sure matter… I guess I’m just lucky. It is interesting that some people say jelging improves their erections and others say that they get ED. There seems to be a fine line between benefit and abuse and that line varies from person to person. It makes physiological sense that the penis will not extend fully when injured through overtraining. Muscles also, when overworked will shorten and not allow full extension. I got 3 weeks of ED once from just 4 days of high intensity fulcrum stretches. Had to stop all PE in order for it to heal completely. Don’t worry too much and stop trying to get erections, you’ll heal quicker.

A couple of months ago, I was involved in a major motorcycle accident, lost my job, and my best friend of 13 years died. All of these things happened in the same week. I wasn’t able(and had no desire) to get an erection for around 3 weeks. To this day, with all of the stress, my libido has gone down the tubes.

So what I’m trying to say is, lighten your load if you have a lot on your plate. Stress sucks, especially at a young age.
