Woman's lips roughly equal to pussy size?

Is this true that you can tell how big her pussy is just by looking at the size of her lips?

I don’t know about lips. I’ve heard there can be a correlation in mouth size, but I don’t know if it’s true or not. Hard to imagine how mouth size could indicate that?
