1/2 inch in 90 days
Hello,
I wanted to share my experience and get some feedback. I originally started PE maybe a year ago, but I was very inconsistent and didn’t really get any permanent gains. About 3 months ago I started again doing the newbie routine. I modified it a bit and started with 50 jelqs and by the end of the 90 days had worked up to 200 jelq. I still stretch for about 15 minutes. I tried doing 2 on 1 off, which ended up being more like every other day.
The good news is I went from about 5.5 to 6 in BPEL. My girth has remained pretty unchanged, but since my goal is length I am very satisfied so far.
My Questions is:
What do I do from here? My main goal for now is length and since my penis is conditioned I thought about hanging to maximize the length gains. Do you think this would be the next best option or should I continue on with the Newbie Routine and gradually add more sets, time, and jelqs until I no longer get any gains.
