1 min stretches, 4 min jelq each week. too much

So, I started at 5 min stretches and 10 min jelq

And I add 1 min stretches and 4 minutes to jelq each week

I am starting 4th week, so I should do 8 minutes of stretches and 22 minutes of jelq today, but isn’t it too fast? There are no negative PIs, though. My cock looks as if I have never ever tried PE (except that doubtful gain ;) ). Don’t want to over train, though, it never does any good.

What do you think?
