1 Week Into PE
Hello brothers, I am new to PE, just started a week ago. My starting stats are BPEL 5.11”, BPFL 2.76”. I chose to follow the JP90 routine as directed in the newbie’s wiki page. So during this week of training I have had some difficulties. Would definitely appreciate some advice.
1. During stretching I frequently get erect particularly during the circle motions that would lead to me stopping and just waiting around till it subsides to continue the stretch. Is that common? How can I overcome this problem?
2. My glans is smaller in girth c.f. My shaft, and I am uncut. It is quite difficult to hold the glans during a stretch and it often slips particularly during the Kegels. How can I tackle this issue?
3. During the wet jelqs, when I go through the reps, sometimes the skin gets pulled up and I would have to release the grip to reset the skin position. Would this affect gains and how can I change my routine to prevent this?
4. During the V-jelqs, does going sideways mean stretching out and to the side? Is the grip maintained where the V is at the underside of the shaft? It seems a bit awkward for me to do it in this position as it seems I’m pulling more skin than really pressuring the blood up the glans. Any experience to share in how to effectively do this?
5. Should I warm down or cool down after a workout? I have been reading but I am not sure if I should just follow JP90 suggestions or go for a cool down instead.
6. When should I make the change from two day in one day out to five day in one day out?
