How long have you been PE’ing. That’s a heavy routine for a beginner, if you are. If you try to do too much too soon, everything ‘toughens and strengthens up’ to cope with the load, then gains stop. 30 Mins of PC exercises will give you great ejaculation control and improve erection strength, but won’t have great effect on size, except to synergistically help the other exercises. I’d go with several (at least 5) sets of ten reps of flexes. Make each set different, e.g. 1x10 long slow gradual, 1x10 short fast hard, 1x10 long as possible hard as possible etc.

Mix up regular and v stretches, sometimes stretch with one hand and massage the ligs or manually try to stretch the ligs with the other hand.

I believe lubricated jelqing to be far superior to dry, except when time and circumstance dictate dry or nothing.

Throw in some Uli’s and your ‘manual only’ routine has everything it needs.

Where is your warm up? It’s amazing how many people get great early results from the Newbie routine then suddenly grind to a halt when they ‘move on’. Usually they have followed the NR properly, including good warm up. As soon as they drop the warmup, their gains stop dead, or become much slower. Warm ups increase benefits way beyond the hassle it is to do them.

5 days a week is plenty. Every other day works well.

Important; read lots on this site. Everything you need to know is here.
More important; listen to your dick. It will tell you when you are over-doing it; what works and what doesn’t etc. Really concentrate on what you are doing and make it a meditation!

I started PEing on friday, and been doing the same routine since today (six days none stop). But I’m going to change it up a bit, and do them every other day. It’s true like you said, my penis has started to get tough, making it much harder to do jelp exercises.

Thanks for the info on how to do the routines, I’m going to try that way. Uli’s is the only exercise that I didn’t think of trying out, starting Friday, I’ll add that. I warm down after my PE’s, but never warm up, so I’ll start that too. Thanks for the help Firegoat!

Amen, I do not think I will ever stray from the newbie routine.

Yeah seriously, PE is a road that will take years if you’re serious, don’t be in a hurry. This is your dick we’re talking about, it’s important! You will adapt quickly to the newbie workout but don’t be in a hurry to add complex exercises, plenty of guys have made great gains with jelqing and stretching.

I still do basic manual stretches and jelqing for 20 mins each, and have only just added horse440s and erect jelqing. This is after 4 years of admittedly half-assed PE. Seriously, follow the newbie routine, it’s there for a reason, slowly increase the duration of your stretches and jelqs each week until you stop gaining. THEN think about adding new stuff.

A better way to put this into context is that with PE you might not gain as much as another or you may have huge gains. Same with bodybuilding even though it is much more easily noticed who has a good body that will be the easiest to sculpt. What it comes down to is in PE if you spend the time you will typically show gains and have a much more firm healthy dick.

90% genetics in bodybuilding, and possibly
to some degree in PE. Some people gain a lot in
a short time (less than a year) while others never
gain 2” or even 1..

Start from the beginning with the newbie routine(s), and listen to your dick. Except when it’s
telling you to do stupid things. :-)
