I can guarantee you that you will gain noticeable length if you lose enough weight over the next five months. The fat pad that rests on your pubic bone, just above you penis, will decrease with exercise. This will free some length.
As well, it is possible that your penis’ base girth is larger than the measurement you gave. Again, losing weight will expose more of your penis, and deep penetration will utilize the base girth.
Finally, if you incorporate pumping into your routine, you will present a bigger package after five months. Check out the Pumper’s forum.
In closing, although I don’t believe your initial five month goal is realistic, I am certain that if you exercise, jelq, and pump for the next five months, you will make noticeable gains. My guess? Perhaps 6” x 4.5”, possibly 6” x 5”(base girth). This is accounting for fat-pad loss.
Be disciplined in your training, but don’t over do it. Over-training your penis is counterproductive.
