Is your flaccid hang longer? After you jelq, does your dick look fatter? If not, maybe try a different grip on the stretches, and maybe different technique on the jelqs (slower, faster, harder, lighter, etc.).
The first time I started PEing, it was in 2000 and I followed a pay website’s routine which was a little different than here’s. 5 min warm-up, 5 minute stretches up, down, left, right and straight. In between stretches, twirl your dick around in a circle 30 times for blood flow. Cap the stretches off with a good 1 min stretch straight out. Then about 10-20 minutes of wet jelqs and a warm down. This routine worked for me as a newb. I think I gained about a 1/4” length erect and a 1/4” girth in about a month. Not to mention my flaccid size seemed to double, hanging to about the level of my balls 24/7 when before I started PEing it used to sort of poke straight out at times out as if I just exited a cold swimming pool.
