3 Months In And Progress
Hey guys,
This is my very first post although I’ve been reading a lot on here. Just wanted to share my experience so far with you all and especially for us new comers. I also have a question near the end.
I’m currently 34 years old I started p.e in my early 20s but didn’t stick to it. I wasn’t serious about it and I quit because I stopped seeing gains. I was 7 inches BPEL and gained .5 inch not sure the duration as it was a while ago. However fast forward to 3 months ago I was 7.25 BPEL, so I lost.25. I should add that in my 20s I was around 140 to 150lbs and 3 months ago I was 210 lbs so I did gain weight. And I’m sure some of my gains this time around was due to fat loss. I am currently 193 lbs (I’ve been doing cardio).
This time around I stuck to the newbie routine but only 100 jelqs. Started 1 on 1 off then moved to 2 on 2 off now I’m 5 on 2 off. But sometimes life got in the way and I missed a couple days. That being said, here is the climax to my story. First month I gained .25 of an inch but, I’m not sure if it was due to p.e. Or weight loss. So I measured at 7.5 BPEL once again. 2ND month I gained nothing, third month (currently) I’m measuring at 7.75 BPEL or just under depends how strong my erection is. I must say my erections since p.e. Have been 100% I’ve never felt them this hard. I’m still overweight and have about 1 inch or more of a fat pad. My EL is 6.25 and 3 months ago it was 5.75 approximately. So I have been gaining from weight loss and I’m definitely gaining from p.e. When I was skinnier I bone pressed hard at 7.5 now I bone press hard at 7.75 and hard I mean shoving the ruler in as far as it can go. So I’m sure with more fat pad loss ill measure more BPEL.
Now for my question. I can’t post on the hangers forum yet so I hope its OK I ask here. Is 3 months too early to start hanging? I am self employed and at the moment I am plowing so I only work when it snows. That being said, I have tons of time to hang and was hoping to get in the hours throughout the winter.
Thanks boys and happy p.e.
