Hi everybody,
First off, I am so thankful that I found this site and I wanna thank everyone of you guys , that have been contributing to these forums! You really can give one hope, courage and good advice, thanks a lot for that!
It’s my fist post, registered `bout a month ago, although I lurked around here since October spending many many hours reading through the threads.
I have been doing PE for 4 months, gained at least 0.4 inches in length and I am proud and happy bout it even if it’s not very much. It seems that I am quite a hard gainer, but I don’t give a ****., I have a goal and I am fully determined to reach that. I am only 18 , my dick is currently just 13, 5 cm (5 2/5 inches) long and bout 12cm (4 4/5 inches) in girth. Needless to say that my size is a problem to me. I know I am a wild stallion in bed , but nevertheless I know size matters to girls and and my ego. A dick of my current size does not fit to me, on one hand because I actually have a pretty athletic trained body and on the other because of my freakiness in bed

I have a longterm goal, which is 23 cm ( around 9 inches ) in length and 15 cm ( 6 inches) in girth . I know that seems pretty high, but I am not such a dreaming dude who thinks he can reach that in a few months or so. I hope to reach my goal within 5 to 6 years. Then I am only 23 or 24 years old and have many years before me being hung and having fun with a big magic stick. PE already became…well not a hobby, but it became a fix part of my day. Motivation is no issue, because once having a big old dick and my girl saying to me that I am big ( that day will come, and it will be one of my greatest moments) is motivation enough.
OK, as I said, been doing PE for four months. I am very committed and decided but not overeager, I know it takes much time.
I just jelq ( including Ulis and squeezes) and stretch, 5 minutes stretching 30 minutes jelqing 5 -10 minutes stretching
I do this in the night before I sleep, 5 -6 days on, 1 off
I also stretch when I have the time during the day in the shower , when I watch TV or a movie and nobody else is around …..
I kegel many times a day ,in front of the computer, when watching TV, in the bus…

To my question, I really would appreciate if somebody would reply. Maybe someone had made such gains over such a period of time, maybe faster?
Is is actually possible to gain 4 inches just by jelqing and stretching?
Do you think I could reach my goal? Is is reasonable?

One other thing, I plan on doing this just by jelqing and stretching.I initially was against hanging. Now I am more open to it, but I think I will only start to hang if I am completely stuck with no gains for a long time.

Please excuse me, If I barely post. I don’t think I can enrich your forums with any great input yet. I will post more often after I can list some remarkable gains. Then I can tell you about my experiences, routines etc.
It`s great that many of you guys here feel like they should give something back to this community because it has done so much for them. I also wanna give something back, I will do so during my long PE career that lies in front of me.

With the right determination you will reach your goal, but expect gains to slow over the years. I might sound a bit “old school”, but I would probably try and get as much out of manual excersises as possible (ie when no more gains can be achieved) before moving over to more “extreme” excersises such as hanging or clamping. Then you know that once you’ve “emptied” the “supply” of manual gains, you’ll probably have more in store with hanging etc.

But don’t listen to me completely, I still haven’t started hanging, but I’ve done pretty much everything except that, and pumping. :P

I think you have got exactly the right approach to PE. I wish I knew about it at your age, twenty years ago!! I know for definite that I have gained 0.5” in my first year ( started Feb 04). I am definitely going to keep PEing for another two years and if the gains keep coming who knows for how much longer after that?

If you put the work in then I think 0.5” to 1.0” is a reasonable length gain to expect in a year. I hope I get to 8” before you:)

If you are still doing this in 5 or 6 years, I guarantee you, your routine will have changed many times and you will try many more techniques then just stretching and jelqing. But for now, stretching and jelqing is just fine. You may even want to cut your jelqing back a bit to 20 minutes to make sure you are not overdoing things. One thing you will learn over the course of time is that doing too much can slow you down.

I don’t have any idea how much you might grow in 5-6 years. For all I know, you might be a monk in 5 years and be perfectly content chanting on top of a mountain.

For now, stick to a moderate routine and accept the fact, like I think you have, that this is a long process and you will go through many ups and downs and many changes.

Concerning your small gains:
Did you ever take a longer time off, eg. a week? two weeks?
Your routine sounds a bit like you are overdoing it to me (thus refraction caused by injury is a possibility), especially the during stretching all the time while watching a fully blown movie (1.5 hours?).

Very few people on Thunder’s have made those kinds of gains. In all fairness, most of us don’t have our goals set as high as yours and outside of a regular maintenance routine, few people stick with a PE regimen for 5 or 6 years. I have seen a surprising number of posts on these forums from members who have gained 1.5 to 2 inches exclusively from manual methods though.

I have only been doing PE for about 7 months so I can’t vouch for senior members of this forum who have been exercising for years. However, I have read many threads posted by these guys and as growth slows, people typically tend to try a variety of different exercises in order to stimulate new growth. Have you determined your LOT yet? This can be very helpful in determining what types of stretches and/or hanging you should do to achieve your goals. Regardless of your LOT if you do wish to gain over 2 inches in length much of that growth with come from tunica stretching and new tissue growth.

Finally, one advantage that hanging and/or ADS over manual methods is that you can utilize these techniques for many hours while doing other things. Manual stretches have benefited me greatly but its very difficult for me to hold them for longer periods of time. Check out penis stretching traction devices. The theory behind them is that tissue growth gradually occurs when the penis stays in an extended state for long periods of time under low tension. If you are willing to work on this for 5 - 6 years, one of these devices may be the way to go.

Ultimately, for gains like 4 inches to be achieved you will have to be willing to utilize a variety of techniques to break down those tissues over a great deal of time and you will also have to sustain a very positive outlook.

I have been doing almost quite the same routine over the last months. Yes maybe at times I tend to overdo it a bit, but I never had any injuries and I definitely know when it`s enough.

What I found out recently is, that giving more pressure on the sides of the penis is more effective. I now often have this kind of tickling in my penis, just after I have jelqed and also during the recovery time, I suppose that’s a sign of the tissue that it is healing, respectively growing.

Yes I will have to change my routine many times during the years. Currently I am about to find out what works for me best. I create my own techniques . After practising them long enough I find new ways and look again what works for me best. I do this so until I am at a limit where I can’t seem to gain anymore, I don’t know when this will happen, hopefully far in the future, but then I think it`s the right time to get still more out of my penis by hanging. I will see.
You know , an other reason why I do PE, why I have set me such a high long term goal , is that I have gone through quite some changes lately. I have set me several different goals concerning my life and I am so decided to go after them.

I will not give up until I have reached what I want, believe me on this one.

DevinThaNailer, I had to laugh out loud when I read your username. I bet you are quite a character. :)

It sounds to me like you have a pretty good attitude towards PE and life in gegeral and I hope you get what you want. As far as being a hard gainer - NOT! You gained almost a half inch in four months, that’s not too shabby. At that rate you are gaining over an inch a year. This is a stat many PEers can only wish for. Just stick with it and don’t hurt yourself, OK?

I am 18 too. I wish you well in your venture in PE. I am going to college in a year so I am hoping by then I will have reached my goal or be very close to it (I only need another inch). My word of advice that most people don’t stress enough here or from what I see is, drink lots of water. I am young and so are you and we have a tendency to suck down sodas and fruit drinks and teas and other crap (I do, not sure about you). So yeah everytime you go to the fridge resist the sodas and other junk and just grab some water. And definatley exercise to get blood flowing. All this promotes faster healing and you can increase your workouts quicker aka gain quicker.

There you go, that’s the way to look at it, no matter how long it takes. You may reach a point where after you’ve grown some you will question how much time it’s taking up to continue. That occurs with many PEers, but there are those who stay the course, and time matters not.

The longest time I took off was about one week and this was in the very beginning. Now I have trouble to allow me one day off after 6 days on. I know enough recovery time is important , but somehow I always look back on a jelqingfree day regretfully because I think I could have done something for my penis.
HughGRection you have mentioned penis stretching traction devices. Yeah I have thought of this many times. I have heard of the penismaster. But there are quite some negative reactions towards the device, for instance it can reduce blood flow and as a consequence your head gets cold and blue. I take this into consideration but at the moment I stick to jelqing and stretching. Later in the future maybe , yes I could give it a try, but I am sure in the following years new and better stretching devices will come up.

Ashtray2, thanks for your advice. I must admit , I neglected the importance of water, the importance of drinking much in general. I will change that. The longer I have been doing PE the more aware I become of things, aspects, that are so much more relevant than I thought they we’re back then when I started out.
Whish you a good time at college! And hopefully you reach your goal until then! I am now at some kind of college ( we in Switzerland have another school system, so it`s a bit different ) in 2 1/2 years I graduate, then I wanna have gained 2 inches. I hope I reach that.

Now it`s PE- time :) it`s already late now here over the Atlantic , after midnight and I am tired . With my earlier attitude I would have gone straight to bed now, but not now. There lie 40 minutes PE ahead of me. And know what? I am looking forward to it!

It’s funny because you could tell in the first post it was all a bit over enthusiastic. It’s so hard to keep to something when you commit to 5-6 years right from the outset. That’s alot of pressure on yourself. Hopefully he gained a fair amount either way.
