I’ve just reached my mid term length goal of 7.5BPEL but this was with a very hard erection. However I definitely have 6.5 NBPEL these days pretty much every time and 7BPEL is really easy for me now when it wasn’t before.

I want faster gains if possible lengthwise and more girth gains. I’ve been very surprised and disappointed by my lack of girth gains because jelqing has been the mainstay of my routine. I thought a couple of months ago that clamping would be a good way to go but I’m cancelling that idea now because I had some quite severe thrombosed vein a week ago that stopped my PE routine completely until last night. Who knows, perhaps the slight deconditioning break did me some good although my flaccid suffered somewhat.

What effect would clamping have on possible future PE injuries? Is it more likely I would have thrombosed veins if I jelq more or if I start clamping?

I agree, do this because it is less intense than regular clamping.

To hit more length, start putting jai and inverted v stretches in your routine.

I also got thrombosed veins and I stopped jelqing 3 days ago,now they seem to be healing. Just take a break for a couple of days.
I do stretching at lower angels and I have gained for 2 months 0,5” in length but only 0,25” increase in girth. I think it’s due to applying to much pressure while jelqing and it hindered the girth gains.

Can someone tell me how I can increase my flaccid size, because it hasn’t changed since I started (I started 2 months ago). My flaccid size is only 2” in length and it is very tiny sometimes and I hate it since my BPEL is 7”, NBPEL 6,5” and EG 5,1 “.

The week before I got the bad veins I had modified my routine slightly to include more intense jelqing downwards whilst sitting (I always jelq sitting down but usually jelqing upwards). I increased the intensity of my jelqing because I thought my unit was more conditioned to take the intensity but all it seemed to do was give me thrombosed veins. I used to get them slightly in the early days but they would always disappear after 48 hours and no PE.

Over a week ago the right side of my penis swelled up which freaked me a bit because it was something I had never seen before. The swelling subsided after 48 hours and the thrombosed veins went away completely 3 days after that.

I’ll take the advice and start with manual clamping and more v stretches but lay back off the intensity. My routine currently involves 30 mins jelq which I’ll cut back to 20 mins with 10 mins clamping and stretching. I’ll give that a shot over the next few weeks. Perhaps that will do the trick for me.
