6 weeks - good news
Hi, guys!
I completed the 6 recommended (minimum) weeks of Newbie´s Routine and I had gains again! :)
This time I had length gains, but lost about 0.03” in girth! I know, girth gains are not so steady…
Here are my first month gains:
- Length - 0.15”
- Girth - 0.13”
In the last 2 weeks I gained plus 0.13” in length. So, in these 6 weeks my total gains were:
- Length - 0.15” + 0.13” = 0.28”
- Girth - 0.13” - 0.03” = 0.1”
Not bad, I think! ;) I would prefer an exchange of the values, as my main goal is girth. But, any gain is very important.
One more thing: - I´ve notice that I my fat pad was surely wrongly measured. I find very hard to measure my penis from the part that is the limit that penetrates the vagina! Sometimes I get 5.75”, some others 5.9” but definitly my fat pad is not 0.4”. Measuring from the pubic bone to that “limit” I get about 0.6”!
Nevertheless I have a question:
- Should I keep the Newbie´s Routine until I complete 3 months, and increase gradually the time of the exercices to 10 min of stretches and 30 min of jelq? Or can I add some other exercices (like fowfers and ulis, for example) in the the routine?
