Remember how when you were growing up, your parents would stand you against a door and draw a line on the wall.

I’m using the same thing with my little head and a piece of 12” long foamcore board. I place the foamcore piece against the base, push in- then hold my penis against the board and draw a line where the tip is. The pieces is 1/4” thick and I think that makes it consistent. I’ve been solid against the bone from the beginning since that would be consistent. I’ve taken this seriously since the start— the posts I saw over a year ago convinced me this was real and that I should take it seriously.

The most important measure to me tho was starting to hit bottom consistently in the GF during the last two months. She liked things before but this is blowing her mind.

You are exactly correct Schmerz.

I either have 3/16” or .19” to go!

Then I have to seriously consider to stop- go thicker- or go longer.

The average results page is a little hard to interpret but it looks like 1” gain is often possible- which would give me 7 3/8”.

I never saw it growing but it definitely feels “slab-like” in my hand now.

I urge all newbies to take this seriously- but to go slowly. Even going slowly- I had 3 minor injuries with temporary reduced feeling.

That was my experience. I felt the gains before I saw them. Then again, I was determined NOT to measure myself too frequently.

We all urge the newbies to go slowly, and we hope that they listen, but my other hope is that they don’t hurt themselves too badly when they get a little too enthusiastic despite our warnings. Was your first minor injury enough to prevent the subsequent two? Apparently not, and you’re not alone there.

Wow - a lot of folks have made 30/16ths of an inch. that’s almost 2 inches.

In all three cases, the head got a little numb for a few days like i had done a little nerve damage. That would be particular to stretching.

I have never had an injury from girth exercises yet.

I don’t want an injury aoe91. But I do girth exercises. I have not been injured yet from girth exercises despite some gains in girth.
